SMYRNA, Del.- The Delaware D-1 high school football champions have finally hosted their signing day. Smyrna High’s DB Rodney Ruff signed with Wesley College, WR Brandon Bishop signed with Frostburg and DL Jeff Campbell signed with Delaware State University.
