Delaware Afro-American Sports Hall of Fame’s 2017 Class Set to Join Saturday

The Delaware Afro-American Sports Hall of Fame will be welcoming in 12 new members to its walls on April 15.

Kent, Sussex and New Castle county athletes, from the past and present, are honored by the organization for their individual and team performance.

New members joining the Hall of Fame are:

 

New Castle County

Andria M. Bynum – Volleyball

Bilal A. El – Boxing

Spencer N. Henry – Track & Field

Michael Miller, Sr. – Basketball

 

Kent County

William C. Falasco – Basketball Coach

Dr. Richard A. Seyler – Horse Shoes

Henry L. Boss, Jr. – Track & Field

Charles E. Wilson – Basketball

 

Sussex County

Benjamin Wiltbank – Baseball

Clarence P. Giles – Football

Donald E. Polk, Jr. – Basketball

Claude W. McCrea – Track & Field
