July 18, 2017 Posted by Matt Pencek Baseball/Softball, Featured Sports, Local Sports

Winning a district Little League title is a ticket for a spot in the state tournament.  Teams from Delmarva are attempting to be the best in their respective state and advance to a regional with the ultimate destination – the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA

Maryland

The Eastern Shore has two teams, District 6 Champion Easton and District 8 Champ Berlin.  On Tuesday, Easton is an elimination game against Conococheague in the State Tournament held in Fruitland.  Berlin’s lone win in states was against Conococheague.  Berlin is matched up against Thurmont.

Delaware

Virginia
