When both of the state’s high school football champions reside in the same conference it is expected that there would be strong representation on Delaware’s All-State Football team.
Woodbridge’s Brock Keeler was named Defensive Player of the Year. Keeler led the Blue Raiders with 20 Tackles For Loss. Smyrna’s Saleem Wormley is the 2018 Offensive Lineman Of The Year.
