BALTIMORE, Maryland – The Baltimore Orioles have named Adam Esselman as their new coordinator of baseball information.
Esselman will help the Orioles with all public relations matters and will continue reporting to Director of Public Relations Kristen Hudak.
Esselman has worked with the Orioles since the end of the 2016 season, when he started as a public relations assistant. The upcoming season will be his fourth working in professional baseball.
Previously, Esselman has worked for the Minnesota Twins as a communications intern. He worked another season for the Seattle Mariners in the ticket office.
Esselman is originally from Hamburg, Minn., where he attended Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.), graduating in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in management. Esselman earned his master’s degree in sport and athletic administration from Gonzaga University (Wash.) in 2015.
