With the potential of having a 20 million dollar quarterback under center for the 2016 season, the Redskins have given Kirk Cousins help with pass protection by re-signing offensive lineman Josh LeRibeus.
Drafted as a guard out of SMU in 2012, LeRibeus moved to center last season in place of injured starter Kory Lichtensteiger. LeRibeus started 11 games at that position.
The 26-year-old made enough strides at center and has enough experience at guard that the Redskins decided to bring him back for 2016.
LeRibeus has appeared in 28 games for Washington over the past four seasons.
