Members of the Delmarva Christian High School, Sussex Tech and Seaford High School swimming teams gathered together to compete in a tri-meet, collectively honoring all the senior swimmers Thursday.
All three schools share the swimming facility at the Boys and Girls Clubs-West Sussex and collaboratively planned a senior night for the graduating class.
About 20 seniors from the three schools were individually acknowledged as they walked through a crowd of fellow swimmers.
Delmarva Christian was able to edge out Seaford 62-26 in their meet, while Sussex Tech notched a 80-14 victory against Seaford. Sussex Tech was able to come away with a complete sweep on all events in their meet.
All three schools will be back in the pool on Saturday. Delmarva Christian will host Mt. Sophia Academy, while Sussex Tech and Seaford will be competing with seven other schools in the Henlopen Conference Championship at Sussex Academy.
