Grand Lake, CO – Two members of the third ranked Salisbury University Women’s Lacrosse team were named first team All-Americans by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Association.
Senior Megan Wallenhorst has been a focal point of the Sea Gulls offense for the Sea Gulls, with a career-high and team-leading 38 assists and 64 points.
Junior Gabbi Nieves leads the team in goals with a career-high 37. In addition, Sophomore goalkeeper Gianna Falcone was named to the third team thanks in part to the fifth best goals against average in the nation (5.90).
Wallenhorst and Nieves make it 31 first team All-Americans in program history. Salisbury resumes NCAA Tournament action Saturday May 21st when they host Colorado College
