Callahan’s 2015 season was nothing short of spectacular. He set an NCAA Division III record with 5,063 passing yards. His 55 touchdown passes where a big reason why Wesley went 10-1 in the regular season and advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals.
The senior has accrued a nice collection of hardware including the NJAC Offensive Player of the Year and the All East Region Player of the Year.
Callahan becomes only the second Wolverine to win the Gagliardi. Safety Rocky Myers took the honor in 2004. Wesley now is the third school to have multiple winners. Mount Union has had seven players achieve the Gagliardi and St. John’s MN has two.
